What is “THE ONLINE HUNTING EXPO”?
This is the first visually rich virtual online EXPO for the Hunting & Wingshooting industry that allows hunters from all over the world to get the latest information about their next hunting trip.
The journey begins here. Participants can access any area of the expo and find assistance from the info booth.
Participants will visit virtual booths where they can browse, view, and download content like brochures, images and videos. Interesting items can be saved to a Virtual Briefcase and downloaded later. Exhibitors can engage visitors in real-time using audio & video chat..
Speakers can share the latest hunting related news, companies can present themselves via image-video, and producers of guns, equipment or optics can show their latest innovations… this happens via live webinar, pre-recorded videos or semi-live sessions.
AUDIO & VIDEO COMMUNICATION
Exhibitors and visitors can start conversations using text, audio or video chat, in a 1:1 chat or group chat setting.
WHY SHOULD I BE AN EXHIBITOR?
Exhibitors can present their products very cost effectively. You can reach a global audience with no need for travel. You can collect valuable data and information from attendees. You can measure engagement, turnout and behavior of visitors with detailed reports. You can engage visitors in real time using audio and video chat.
There will be a virtual lobby, exhibition hall, auditorium and lounge. We will set up a booth for you with your logos, branding, videos, pictures, online brochure, price list and a short description of who you are and what you are offering. We also integrate a complete contact platform with all your contact details, a video and audio chat option to talk directly to the attendees, and a meeting place where you can see all online visitors who are at your booth. All you need is a stable internet connection.
HOW TO REGISTER
Download the exhibitor registration form and follow the submission instructions as explained in the pdf. Once your registration is completed we will send you a confirmation email along with your login credentials.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Visitors do not need to download any software, they can join the expo from anywhere in the world by simply logging into the platform.
Visitor registration is free. Three months prior to the event we will open registration and visitors can sign up and create their login account. In the days before the show starts, we will send a reminder.
Once inside the Expo, visitors can stroll through the halls and auditorium, discover new destinations & offers, visit outfitters they have already been hunting with, or watch videos about the newest products in the market. Engage in real-time using audio & video chat.
